Taxi 2000 vs J. Edward Anderson
Court Affidavits Reveal Bitter Taxi 2000 Infighting.

SEH's logo is no longer on the Taxi 2000 website "suppliers"
page.
The lawsuit filed by Taxi 2000 against J. Edward Anderson, (Charles Michael of SEH, and Wendell Maddox were dropped from the lawsuit May 13th) looked like it was going to be a bruising battle, Unfortunately, the lawsuit that threatened to reveal the awful truth about PRT, was settled in Hennepin District Court on December 22nd, 2005.
In an affidavit filed with the lawsuit, Jeral Poskey, a Taxi 2000 employee tells how he picked up a Taxi 2000 computer from the home of Ed Anderson. Poskey discovered that the hard drive had been tampered with and company files were missing. Poskey managed to recover the files from the hard drive and discovered e-mails Ed Anderson had sent before and after announcing he left Taxi 2000 to start his own company.
An e-mail dated January 20th, 2005 to Ray Anderson:

Ray,
This is what we have come to. The guy who is now CEO of our company is a liar, deceiver and slanderer, all with information he has obtained second hand.

Dear Chuck,
I am sure you have a lot of catching up to do.
Mark Olson wants to meet with us to discuss a legislative strategy. He is thinking of a bill that would deep six T2C, and I suggested that he hold off until he talks to us.
Incidentally I got a copy of a letter from the State Campaign Finance and Public Disclosure Board directed to Ed Cain saying that he has failed to file a lobbyist report. I presume he will take care of it.

CC: "Wendell Maddox"
Dear Chuck,
Thanks much. You should be getting a call from Mark Olson's assistant about arranging a meeting with him and Bruce Anderson together with Wendell, you and me. I think the purpose is to go over their meeting with Morrie, in which he made the interesting remark that he is reading some of my papers. Also Morrie said that if we met with him he wants Dick Braun as moderator. I understand that the pressure for a meeting with Morrie to see if any accomodation is possible came from Sen. Gen Olson. As far as I am concerned, I can't imagine under what obtainable conditions I would be willing to work with Morrie. I came to that conclusion in November and I have seen nothing that would change it.

A Shareholder Sounds Off.
All this infighting can't be a good thing for the Taxi 2000 Corporation. Here's one shareholder's sad story:
http://www.twincities.com/mld/twincities/news/editorial/11584505.htm
The April 27 Pioneer Press asked, "Was Taxi 2000 taken over?" I was present at all of the relevant shareholder meetings and can affirm without reservation that this company was taken over by a gang of political opportunists led by one Morrie Anderson.
What is not spelled out in the article is that the inventor of this great
technology, Ed Anderson, remains a better engineer than any of them ever will
be. Their lawsuit to silence him about his life's work is what attorneys call
a "harassment suit" to tie up his time and money. The reality is
that they could not design a better crowbar, so they are attacking the man
who could best inform investors and legislators as to why they are doomed
to fail.
Am I biased? You bet. I've been teaching at the U since 1981, when I took
over one of Ed's classes to free up time to finish his pathbreaking work.
He mastered the technology like no other, but he never did learn how to deal
with politics.
